Sonic the Hedgehog 2 director says fans will love Iris Elba’s Knuckles series

Knuckles the Echidna has been part of the Sonic franchise since 1994, but the character has been in the big spotlight lately thanks to Sonic the Hedgehog 2. In the film, Idris Elba portrays Knuckles, appearing as an antagonist who fights her against Sonic. Fans will get a chance to see more characters in the upcoming Knuckles series Paramount +And Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Director Jeff Fowler is now commenting on the new series. talk with movie discussionFowler said the show is very early in production, but fans are very excited to see more of the character.

“Oh it’s very Early with all that [the Knuckles series]. One thing I knew after we finished the movie, people are going to love this character. Fowler told discussions of the film that they would love Idris playing this character and would absolutely want more of Knuckles. . Then we go from there. He’s such a wonderful personality that there are so many different paths you can go about [in the series] Which can really get fans excited, so hopefully that’s all coming up very soon. But for now, I’m really excited to get people to watch the sequel.”

Of course, as anyone familiar with the games will tell you, Knuckles eventually becomes a blue camouflage friend and a hero in his own right. After debuting as a competitor in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 In Sega Genesis, Knuckles is back as a playable character in Sonic & Knuckles. In 1995, the character got her own spin-off game, called Chaotix joints. This title featured a number of fun and unique partner characters, while pitting Knuckles against Metal Sonic. This could be a great direction for the show, but that decision will be up to Paramount and Fowler, when the time comes.
